If you change your mind about our products purchased you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Please follow the steps below:
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your request for exchange or refund.
2) We will provide you with a delivery address to return the product(s) to us.
Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable. Please ensure products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace or refund them in full (including the original postage charge for refunds). Please note that as many of our products are hand finished they are subject to small imperfections.

Please note that faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
If possible please use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel from the Post Office. This will assist us should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they are delivered back to us.
We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed.
Please allow up to 14 days for a refund.
